Krach's
LEADERSHIP TRAINING WORKSHOP
Held every summer, Undergraduate and Alumni members of Sigma Chi from all around North America gather for one of the worlds premier fraternity leadership conferences. This workshop includes:
-
Assisting chapters in identifying areas of operational improvement
-
Provide a high-quality learning experience that benefits individual officers in a team environment
-
To engage in values-based leadership concepts for application as a chapter officer and throughout life
-
Aiding chapter's officers and emerging leaders to learn how to improve their management skills and responsibilities
The workshop places member into specific officer teams and divided into discussion groups led by alumni. The Undergraduate members spend the next three days of strategic sessions and discussions of improvement. The members of Sigma Chi today look towards the workshop to teach and give the skills of leadership, and as Keith Krach envisioned, the young men of Sigma Chi find these teachings in the Workshop. KTLW teaches young men by giving them the courage to make a difference, not only in Sigma Chi but also in their personal lives. It is about turning this principle into practice.
